Helen Mueller

Dear Evy, Sherri and Sam: Have known your parents since my high school friendship with Evy began and I would sleep over. Sherri would give up her bed for me! I have very fond memories of both your parents, your father's Swiss mannerisms (which Evy had to explain to me) and who knew Mr. Mueller's employer was my father's childhood boyfriend, Al Latner. A small world. The two men remained friends throughout the years and continued when my father went to the Latner's Dunfield Retirement Home. Mrs. Mueller as I never called her Helen, knew I went to visit Evy in Israel last Jan 2024. It was before my Shaare Zedek Hospital mission after the Oct 7th incidence. I had a chance to reconnect with Eitan and their children including one I knew as "Made in Canada"! Plus I finally met Evy's grandchildren on the kibbutz. I could not imagine going to Israel and not spending time with Evy. I vividly remember Evy pointing out Al Latner's wedding gift hanging within her home. I think Mrs. Mueller was happy I made sure to visit Evy to show her support during this time period. I also remember the military planes flying overhead at 5:30 am and 8:30 am! That was a memorable experience for this naive Canadian! The news reported Israel went to Syria and Lebanon that morning. Kindly note, Mrs. Mueller encouraged and always liked that Evy and I were friends. Even when I changed high schools in grade 13. Thank you Mrs. Mueller for encouraging our friendship over the years! Helen and Irving welcomed me to Beth Torah so very warmly, over 20 years ago. i have missed Helen at services ever since the onset of Covid. This is a very, very sad day. May your family know no more sorrow.

Dear Family, Your beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother had a strong, loving, and concerned presence in the lives of so many -- including the Adler/Saban family. I have so many wonderful memories of your mother, father, and all of you -- in our home, in your home, at concerts, in parks... Helen's twinkle in her eye said so much, and the lessons we take away from her, as well as the love, are everlasting. May her neshama attain the highest aliyah -- and may you take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with her beloved Irving, her parents, sister, and the many friends and family lost to her through the years.

Dear Evy, Sam and Sherry, indeed you have been blessed to have had your dear mother along for so much of your ride in this life. To our delight, we Adlers had countless opportunities to share many good and meaningful times celebrating life together with your entire family. Your mom was always a welcoming hostess and a kind, caring friend. We all hope that you can find consolation and comfort in the innumerable fond memories, precious photographs, and meaningful stories and anecdotes that are deeply engrained in your hearts and minds. Elissa and I offer you our heartfelt condolences.

I am so sorry but my mother and I can't come to the funeral as too exhausting for my mother and also I have many crisis on my caseload at work, however of course we will attend the shiva. Many condolences and thanks for inviting us.

Dear Mueller Family We met your parents at Beth Torah many many years ago. They were very special people, and after Dad died and Covid came we missed your Mom at Shul. She was one of the sweetest kind lady and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. May her memory Live on in her children and grandchildren
