Helen Richmond (Price/ Pracownik) passed away peacefully on April 16, 2018, at Sunnybrook Hospital, after enduring Multiple System Atrophy and Parkinson’s Disease for several years with grace and strength.
Helen was a Holocaust Survivor; her parents and 4 of her brothers perished in the Shoah. She was an astute businesswoman and a fashionista before that was even a word.
Most importantly, Helen was the devoted and loving mother of her four children: Sharon, Jay, Marissa and Serena, and their partners.
She also took great pride in her grandchildren: Adam and Mara Thorsteinson and Billy and Grant Richmond.
Helen is deeply mourned by her only surviving brother, Stanley Price, and his wife Miriam and family.
The family is forever grateful for the wonderful loving relationship Helen has with Lemarie Arcilla, her caregiver of many years.
