It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Irving Babb, Yitze to those who knew him best, on March 22, 2023 at the age of 88. Beloved husband to the late Florence Babb. Father and father-in-law to Rhonda and Michael Bohbot, Shari and Murray Goldkind, and Elana and Noam Goodmam. Zaidy to Lauren, Melissa, Jordan, Joshua, Daniel, Justin, Sierra, Jake, Zachary, and Noah. His generosity towards family, the Jewish community and the State of Israel was inspirational. He was a sports fan, a world traveler, a political savant and a proud Jew. He instilled in his family a sense of Jewish pride and tradition and will be sorely missed.

Irving was my older brother, we were more than mishpoche, we were conected in every subject in life. We both contineu the unique relations between Isik Babb and my mother Haya. I see it in the legasy Irving left to his cildren and grand children. Irving lived in Canada but was an israeli sitisen in his NESHOME. Israel was his country, his beloved country. Irving was a good jew, who knew our rutes, our languge, and kept good relations with my friends from the paratruprr unit. He loved the boys and they loved him. It is hard to exept his living us. We all pray for him, me, my children and grandchildren an my sister Ruthi and her family are with you, the Babb tribe. With tears and broken hard. Dori

He and your darling mother were very kind to me in tough times and especially good to Mark on school days when he was a latchkey kid. I remember baseball games up North and lunches on Chabanel. I miss them both.
