Dear Birnbaum Family Rhodean and I were very moved to hear of the death of Irving. Irving was a lifelong friend of over 70 years and we will never forget the times we had together in our youth, during high school and university and for so many years thereafter. David and Esther Bell

I first met Irving a few years after the war when his family moved in next to my home on Brunswick Ave and we remained friends for the rest of our lives. In this ladt terrible year of Covid we were prevented from contact and we often thought and worried about him. We wish the Birnbaum family comfort in their grieving as it i said" may G-d confort you with the rest of the mourners for Zion and Jerusalem"

Dearest Elizabeth and Birenbaum family, I am so sorry to hear of Irving’s passing. He was like our uncle, bringing gifts and a bissel candy. I have great memories of going fishing with Irving and my father and many more. His kindness and warmth will always be in my heart. May his memory be a blessing.
