After 100 wonderful years, Jean passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Sunday, August 28, 2022. Jean was married to her beloved late husband Ralph for 40 years. She was fortunate to have two great companions after Ralph’s death; first the late Herbie Rasminsky, and then the late Art Gotleib. Jean lived life true to her motto: just enjoy life. She enjoyed every day and never complained.

Jean was the matriarch of a large family, with three sons, the late Stephen (Rhonda), Sandy (Donna), and David (Risa), her seven grandchildren, Faith, Alice (Alex), Melanie (Jarrod), Emily (Jeremy), Rafe (Karen), Jessica (Alex), and Cody (Amanda), and her ten great-grandchildren, Lily, Annie, Taylor, Eva, Jackie, Jordan, Zama, Nathan, Emma, and Ruby. She will be missed and remembered with love.

Special thanks to her dedicated caregivers over the last ten years: Ava, Beatriz, Daisy, Nina, and Mary Ann.
