KATZ, JOANNE – Sadly passed away peacefully on Monday November 28, 2022. Joanne who lived with her heart on her sleeve. Caring for all her family who meant the world to her.

The legacy of the family she built, speaks volumes for the person she was.

Joanne, daughter of the late Samuel & Shirley Wagman. Beloved wife of Lorrie, loving Mother and Mother in-law of Mandy & Mitchell, Martine & Tami, Leslie & Doug. Devoted bubbie of Samantha & Daniel, Brittany & Clay, Jordan & Baily. Great bubbie to Logan.

Sister of Judi & Marty , Lynne & Mark

Aunt to all her nieces and nephews and great nieces & nephews.

Gone but will never be forgotten.

Shiva Details: Thursday following the funeral until 5 pm and Thursday evening from 7 -9 pm. Friday from 1-4 pm. Saturday from 7-9 pm. Sunday from 1-5 pm.

My sincere condolences to all of Joanne's family and friends. I went to Saranac PS with the twins and walked past their house on Ridgevale every morning on my way to school. I didn't know Joanne well, but I remember that she and Judi were the prettiest girls in school. Although I hadn't seen Joanne in over 50 years, I was saddened to hear of her passing. May her memory be for a blessing.
