Loving mother and mother-in-law of Marnie Hirshhorn and Darren Prevost, and Lauren and Gregory Ward. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Julius Kirschner and Rhoda Sherwin, and David Kirschner and Bernadette Lorence. Cherished Yaya of Madison, Autumn, Etienne, Aurora, and Claire. A beautiful, intelligent woman has hopefully gone to shine in a better place. Howie you have been a loving and supportive husband. Maddy you brought such joy. Lauren you were Mom's best friend. Dear Howard and kids (small and big), there are not words that can describe our feelings. Judy was my dear "older sister" as she used to call herself, even that she was born 10 years after me. She was not just a neighbor, she was our security camera, neighborhood watch, somebody who was there for us in many very happy moments or the very bad ones that happened in our family. She did not hold only key of our house, she had a key of our hearts. We are going to miss her. Our hearts are with her family. She loved you to no end. Five little ones made her very happy and proud to be their Grandma.

Dear Howie, Lauren and Marnie - Joseph and I shall miss Judy immensely but certainly not as much as you will. I pray that you will all be okay. Judy's humour and positive outlook will be with me whenever I think of her, which will be often. Judy was an incredibly supportive friend through thick and thin. Her advice was always spot on and she told it like it was. I was honoured to know her over so many years. There are no words that can say what I am trying to convey here. We never had a conversation when, Lauren and Marnie - you weren't both mentioned with warmth and praise. I can not begin to count the number of times Judy said that Howie was her rock/was so incredibly supportive....and on and on. Again- my words do not work well here. Deepest condolences from Joseph and me.
