Suddenly on his 68th birthday. Devoted son to Syrma and Harold z”l. Loving brother and brother in law to Debby and Steve z”l, Ferne, Sandy and Hyla & Jack. A wonderful uncle and great-uncle. He always knew how to make us laugh and never gave up on the dream of the Leafs bringing back the Stanley Cup. He will be deeply missed by all.

Shiva Details: 76 Kimbark Blvd., Toronto, M5N 2Y1. Shiva visits Monday after the funeral service, Tuesday and Wednesday with 2 to 4 p.m., 7 to 9 p.m. Evening prayers at 7:30 p.m.

So sorry to learn of Lenny's passing. We go back about 60 years to days in Belle Ewart and summer nights at the cottage and then later some time in high school and after that. Every once in a while I would run into Len. Usually downtown somewhere. He didn't have an easy life. But every time he saw me, he seemed happy to do so, and we usually had a good conversation, if not a political argument of some kind. Love to the family at this difficult time. Miss seeing all of you.

Lenny Kochberg a'h was a beloved staff member throughout those years, known and appreciated for his kindness, patience and sense of humour. He came from a large, loving family.
