Lydia Ebidia

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lydia Ebidia wife of Leon for over 67 years and sister of the late Marie Peres and Solly Levy. Mother and Mother-in-law of Albert and Andrea, Shmuel and Esther, Joe and Karen, James and Cheryl. Loving and devoted grandmother to Elana and Igor, Jeffrey and Hailey, Dana and Victor, Jenna and Lucas, David, Lauren and Connor and Aviya, Yehuda, Avital and Moshe, Avraham, Eitan, Michal and Moshe, and great-grandmother to Benaya, Sasha, Vanessa and Brayden.

She will be missed by all of the lives she has touched.

Dearest Ebidia Family – We are shocked and heartbroken by the unexpected and sudden loss of the unforgettable Lydia. I always enjoyed greeting her with her rhyming name “Hello Lyd-i-a Ebid-i-a”. She was always full of conversation and interested in everything that was going on. Hair always nicely done wearing colourful outfits with matching jewellery which I often checked out and commented on. I also liked checking out her changing glass s over the years. We felt lucky and blessed to be part of the mishpacha and admired her greatly as a remarkable mother, mother-in-law, grandma and gg. She was truly special and has left a beautiful legacy behind. May the many, many beautiful memories you have as a family give you energy and light during this terribly sad time and may they continue to comfort and inspire you in all the days and years ahead.
