On September 26, 2019, Marvin beloved husband of Cecile. Loving father of David (Judy), Ephraim (Esther), Raphael (Rebecca). Loving Zeidy, adored by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren . Marvin is survived by his sister Estelle Perlmutter.
