Mary Edson - Steeles Memorial Chapel

Mary Edson passed away peacefully January 9, 2024 at the age of 93. After a courageous fight against many health issues her loving heart failed.

She is now reunited with the one love of her life, our father/Zaidy Bob Edson. Predeceased by her parents, Lazer & Bessie Markowitz, and her sisters Sandy, Sophie, and Eva.

Loving Mother and Mother-in-Law to Barry & Esther, Brenda, and Beth & Lorne. Adoring Bubbie to Ari, Shaya & Chanelle, Chana & Jonathan, Jordan, Rachel & Frank, Samantha & Robbie, Simon & Mel, Ben & Erin and proud great grandmother of 9.

Thank you to her caregivers Becca and Ana for their loving care.

Known for her compassion and zest for life, big heart, and fiery attitude, Mary will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

Her unconditional love for her family will forever leave a treasured imprint on each of our hearts.

We love you and miss you!
