Michele's generosity of spirit was almost super human. She'll live on in the lives she touched in her many roles. She was a cherished teacher, colleague, and friend at Central Tech where she taught for many years. I'll miss her deeply. My condolences to the family.

Michelle was genuine, caring and brilliant. I was lucky to have known Michelle during years of teaching at Central Tech, but our friendship continued into her retirement. She was often hosting the "girls" in her beautiful, unique home. We ate delicious food, talked, and laughed. She visited me when I was ill and was so encouraging. Michelle was a true connector, bringing together people from many paths on the journey. I was in awe of her move with Gary to Vietnam, to begin a new adventure. There is so much more to say about this extraordinary human. May her memory be a blessing and comfort to you.

Dear Gary and Family I am out of town and news of Michele’s passing has just reached me. Condolences from the bottom of my heart as we grieve the loss of an incredible person. I count myself so very fortunate to have been Michie’s colleague and friend. More than once her wise professional and personal counsel served me well. Much love, Sheryl

Dear Gary and all of Michele's family, My deep condolences for your loss. It was always clear that Michele treasured her family and she loved to share news of the activities of her sons, stepdaughters and grandchildren. I was privileged to work with Michele at Central Technical School and to count her as a friend in later years. She accomplished so much behind the scenes. For several years she produced (with her colleague Joe Furfaro) a beautiful book of creative writing by students that was a genuine labour of love. I admired her for many reasons but most memorably for her gentle, sensible way of caring for those around her. Her memory is a blessing to us all.

Dear Gary and Family, I was saddened to hear of Michele’s passing. I taught in the nursing program with Michele at Central Tech. Michele and I shared a prep period together and had many chuckles together, comparing Judaism and Catholicism. She frequently shared anecdotes as your girls were receiving the sacraments. She was genuinely interested in their lives and I think that Michele’s absence must be a very big whole in their world as well as that of her sons and grandchildren. My sincere condolences to you all. May her memory be a blessing.
