It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Micheline Kleiner on Thursday, April 29, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Sam Kleiner. Loving mother of Ita and Lenny Baranek and Debbie and Lawrence Zucker. Adoring grandmother of Hayley and Uriel, Jamie, Jenna, Sammy and Sam. Great-grandmother to Maya. Devoted daughter of the late Fela and the late Leon Tabacman, Sister-in-law of the late Ilana and the late Jack Kleiner and aunt to Natalie, Marc and Stephanie Kleiner. Close cousin to Michael and Stella Seidman and the late Hala and the late Majer Goldstein.

Born in Radom and raised in Warsaw, she survived the war in Russia before coming to Montreal where she was able to live a wonderful and fulfilling life. With the love of her life Sam, she was the strength of her immediate and extended family and friends. She did everything with humility, intelligence, elegance and perseverance. We will miss and love her forever.
