It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Miklos Varnai on November 5, 2025, in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Born in Kapuvar, Hungary, on December 16, 1948, Miklos lived a full and meaningful life marked by kindness, resilience, and quiet strength.
He was a devoted spouse to Livia Lambrecht, and former spouse of Agnes Schiffer, and her daughter Flora. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Tina (Arpi), Balazs (Jen), and Kathy, and fondly cherished by his grandchildren Corey, Thomas, and Emily.
Miklos’s generous heart and deep love for his family and Hungarian heritage will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitors are welcome on Friday immediately after the funeral for a reception at the Gathering Room at 131 Torresdale Ave. North York.,ON M2R 3T1
