Min was a truly lovely person, and we will gratefully cherish her memory. Together with her late husband Hy, of blessed memory, she has left a precious legacy of good deeds and a wonderful family.

Min was a blessing in the lives of not only her family ,but her friends as well. I shared many conversations with her, filled with her warm nature, and love of family. Her memory, will always be a blessing to us all.

To the Leibo Family: I spent a lot of time in my close friendship with Hy z”l and Min. They were both wonderful and loving teachers of Judaism and I remember many lovely meals at their home. May be you be comforted amongst the members of Zion.

My name is Sylvia Rosen and here is my connection to Minnie….Minnie’s Father married my Father’s Sister and my aunt became her Step Mother although I never saw it quite that way…. I grew up with Minnie and Moe as my cousins. Minnie was a lovely and sweet and kind cousin…. I even babysat for the Leibovitch children when there was only one or two. My regret is that we somehow lost touch in the voyage of life. It is said that when a person dies The Family Cries but the Soul Rejoices and I hope that is the Truth. May Memories Sustain you and May She Rest In Peace Eternal.

Min & Hy were very close friends of my in-laws and our family. They both lived in North Glenora and then in Windsor Arms. We shared many dinners, coffee visits and Yontiff's together. They were wonderful, caring people always concerned about how YOU were doing. Min and I often knitted together and I learned many important life lessons from her. Min & Hy always spoke so lovingly and proudly about all their children and their accomplishments. May Amin's ( and Hy's) memories be for a blessing and May you know no more sorrow. The Weil Family

Dearest Leibovitch family, It is with great sadness to hear of Min's passing. She lived a full and beautiful life and touched all that knew her. For me, she was an example of loving kindness, always seeing the good in us. Min brought out the best in all of us. She will be deeply missed. May her memory be a blessing.

Our connection to Min goes fairly far back, to the friendship and “play dates” between my sister, Esther, and Min’s daughter, Rena - right up until today when Min’s granddaughter married our son. Min was always soft-spoken, sweet, welcoming and fun to be around. We are grateful for the friendship and connection that we were/are able to have with her and Hy z”l, which remains ongoing with their family. Baruch Dayan Ha’Emet.

Rena, Howie, Ralph, Peter's Family, and the Next Generations, we loved getting together with your mom. She was always in such a good mood, delighted to be out and at a shabbat meal. She made it easy to enjoy her company. Your mom gave us incentive to make great food as she certainly enjoyed tasty dishes and desserts! Of course, we have known your parents, Min and Hy (Mr. and Mrs. Leibo when I was little), for a long, long time. They fill us with only positive memories and inspiration. Both your parents raised caring, menchedich children but they also helped raise a community in Edmonton. Please accept our condolences on the loss of your dear mother, Savta, and great-grandmother.
