Passed away peacefully on May 9, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Natasha. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Michelle and Damion, Megan and Mathew, Zach, and Aidan. Cherished grandfather of Sophie, Sarah, Michael, Kaiem, Elijah, and Max. Predeceased by his brother Sam. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered.

Memorial Service Location: Graveside service at Pardes Chaim Cemetery

Burial Service Location: Pardes Chaim Cemetery, 11818 Bathurst St., Vaughan, Community section

Shiva Details: 63 Mill Arbour Lane, Thornhill, L4J 6N4. Family and friends are invited to the Shiva house immediately after the service till 5 p.m. Shiva visits Sunday 2 to 4 p.m., 6 to 9 p.m. Rest of the week - 6 to 9 p.m.

I was extremely saddened to hear of Morris's passing. Morris and I grew up together. living beside each other. We were more like brothers than cousins. Although we have drifted apart over the last number of years I have very fond memories of our times together. May all the memories you shared give you comfort in the days ahead. I’m so sad to hear of the passing of a person with so much zest for life. I met Morris at karate when we were 12 years old and instantly became lifelong friends. His warm smile and his ability to take you into his heart every time you were with him or spoke to him is a memory I will cherish. He was a real one of a kind. My condolences to his loved ones I have no doubt he will be very sadly missed. May Heaven open up It’s doors for this very worthy human being.

Morris and I enjoyed many meetings/conversations during his placement in Collingwood several years ago and recently at Donny’s pizza also in Collingwood where he deemed it to be the best and most enjoyed by family. He and Sam were lifelong friends of mine. I am saddened by his passing and send along to your family my condolences.

Morris and I were good friends in public school and junior high. We looked so similar that people thought we were brothers. My own aunt saw him in Yorkdale once and thought he was me. She ran up to him and gave him a big hug. I’ll never forget the look on Morris‘s face when he told me that story. My deepest condolences to the family. I’ll always remember Morris fondly.
