Hirt, Mory – Died peacefully at home in Toronto on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Beloved husband of Hindy Hirt for 58 years. Loving father of the late Risa Hirt, Arona Joseph and Ilana Hirt and devoted grandfather to Rachel and Jonathan. Dear brother and brother-in-law to Shirley (Hirt) and Chaim Birnboim, the late Goldie (Hirt) and Norman Minuk and Gertrude (Hirt) and Jack Woodbury. Mory was a true mensch, patient, caring and a great listener. He was a world traveler, with a spontaneous spirit that would always lead to great adventure. He loved the outdoors, especially the mountains and sharing these wonders with his family and friends. He was deeply cherished by his nieces, nephews and all who knew him and will be greatly missed. A family graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 12:00 PM.
