On Friday, May 8, 2020, Neil Stewart Smibert, loving and devoted husband and father, passed away peacefully at the age of 55 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Edinburgh, Scotland to Charles and Catherine, he worked as a Bindery Manager at Transcontinental Printing until 2017 where he was well-respected by all.

He married his best friend and soulmate, Sara Sultan in 1988 and together they raised their caring and dedicated son, Dylan James.

Neil was an avid music lover and knowledgeable trivia buff who loved airplanes and auto racing. He was true to his dear friends and always treated others fairly with his gentle and kind manner.

Neil was preceded in death by his father Charles, and his mother, Catherine. He is survived by his wife Sara, and his son Dylan, and loving in-laws Jacob and Rogelia. Private funeral service will be held Sunday, May 10, 2020.
