Loving father and father-in-law of Ralph Shulman, Myra Levy, Barry and Rochelle Shulman, and Ellie and Bob Munro. Cherished grandfather of Jason, Leslie and Tanya, Robyn and David, Danny and Lauren, Corey and Mike, Jennifer and Todd, Tamara and Jason, Adrienne and Scott, Denise, and Michael. Great grandfather of Lucas, Rio, Aiden, Madeline, Parker, Ethan, Gavin, Chloe, Charlie, Addison, Avery, Dylan, Ryder, Harrison, Brooke, and Mackenzie. Phil's passing is a sad loss to everyone. We always enjoyed Phil and Betty's company and the company of their family. I think that Phil may be the last of his generation and with him goes a lot of history. Phil and Betty are people who cannot be easily replaced and my wife and I will sincerely miss them and we want to extend our sympathy to the entire family.

I would have come to see you with my mom Freda. Your father has always had a special place in my heart because he taught me to drive when I was 16. He really was a special man.
