Phyllis died peacefully in her sleep, just days before her 77th birthday, after an exceptionally hard-fought battle with lung cancer.  Phyllis is survived by her loving children Charlie and Avi, daughter-in-law Rixi, loving ex-husband George, and adoring grandchildren Noah, Maddy and Miles.  Phyllis is also survived by a veritable horde of close and loving friends, spanning 60+ years of careful accumulation and curation.  To say “she will be missed” is a wild understatement.

The family will be observing Shiva at 2 Rosewell Ave., Toronto, M4R 1Z7. Shiva visitors are welcome on Thursday following the interment and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
