Rae Wasser - Steeles Memorial Chapel

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Rae Wasser (nee Wolfe) on Friday, April 2nd, 2021 at the age of 86. Mother to Lloyd Wasser & Mimi Fox, Cantor Eric Wasser & Rachel Cohen-Wasser, Ellen Wasser (and the late Lisa Weiss) & the late Rabbi Joel Wasser & Chana Cohn. Grandmother to 13, including Lee (Linda), Gillian (Richard), Ayala, Shira, Yoni, Nahara, Danya, Leor, Nava, Pnina (Alex), Noam (Sarah), Shai and Izack. Great-grandmother to Emily & Grace. Daughter of the late Louis and Freda Wolfe, pre-deceased by siblings Zelda Kaplan (Meyer), Samuel Wolfe, Harry Wolfe and Saul Wolfe. Survived by brothers Morris Wolfe (Joy) & Philip Wolfe (Lillian) as well as sisters-in-law Mary Wolfe, Barbara Wolfe & Toby Wolfe. Remembered by Amy Katz-Wasser & Reesa Koskie-Wasser, as well as many nieces and nephews.
