It seems like just yesterday Darina, Reuvy won your heart (Boy did you make him work for that one). It was too short a trip but the journey was life changing. It was life changing for all. He not only was part of a family he had yearned to always have but he was able to create his very own with you. Never enough time but through memories and the growth of your children together the world will always have a piece of him and this world is a better place for all of us who knew him. He molded the minds of so many children, he coached many athletes to pro level and he loved you all to bits and pieces . His memory will always be a blessing.

Dearest Darina, Aaron and Leah, I want to extend my deep sorrow and heartbreak over the loss of your incredible father and husband. Ruvi was the sweetest person, and he adored you guys. We spent time together as kids as family and friends when he lived in Jerusalem ,(I am Hava and Ilan's daughter - Liat).

Dear Dorina, Aaron, and Leah, I was deeply saddened by our loss of Reuvy. He was a remarkable man who found profound love and satisfaction in his family and friends. Every time he smiled, you could see the twinkle in his eye that was a reflection of the immense pride and joy he felt for you all. Reuvey's boundless energy and passion for life were inspiring. Whether he was bringing friends together, organizing activities, or teaching those around him, he squeezed joy out of every moment. His love for holidays, karaoke, and his friends was evident in everything he did. He was always there to support those around him, through humour, strength and kindness. At the hospital, Reuvey was surrounded by friends who loved him dearly. They sent him off to the other side with the music of the songs he loved, videos of the great times they shared, and heartfelt requests that he watch over his wife, kids, and friends with miracles and love. His passing has left others with the priceless gifts of life, ensuring that his legacy of generosity and compassion continues. Please know that my thoughts are with you. I feel very fortunate to have known Reuven as both a colleague and friend. Working together with Reuven in the classroom and at camp will be memories I cherish forever. Reuven’s commitment to always learning, his projects, and students, was truly unique and incredibly admirable. A true testament to his character, unlike anyone else’s. Reuven was my teacher for more than 3 years. He was cool, nice and he pushed me to do the best I could in STEM even if it was hard. I am so sad that he is gone and I am going to miss him. I am thinking of his family and may you remember all your amazing times together.

I am so saddened to hear of Reuven's passing. I met Reuven last summer at CBB. We worked together at the camp for a week. He was fun loving, kind and we became friends instantly. In that 1 week, we connected and I felt close to him. He was so dedicated to his kids, Aaron and Leah, and was so proud of them. I was struck by how dedicated he was to spending time with them and experiencing every moment of their lives with him. He was an inspirational father. My deepest condolences. Rest in peace Reuven.
