Richard Hugh Bazade Alexander, born in Kingston Jamaica on January 5, 1947, beloved son of his pre-deceased parents, Alvin and Marie, and of his siblings Anthony (Tony), Annie and Marvin, and his loving life-partner Ray McCrea, passed on January 15, 2026, at the age of 79.

Richard lived a simple but happy life, loved great food, and enjoyed playing his guitar, and believed that funerals were for the living, and therefore has requested a private and simple burial with full religious rituals and no funeral service.
