Rivie Seaberg, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on May 16th, 2024, in Ajax, Ontario. She was born in Montreal, Quebec, on October 1st, 1947, and her passing has left a profound void in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
Rivie was a woman of many talents and passions. She dedicated her life to helping others as a nurse, educator, and mentor. Her commitment to her work was unwavering, and she touched the lives of countless individuals with her kindness, compassion, and wisdom. Rivie was a trailblazer in her field, always striving to make a positive impact on the world around her.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rivie was a devoted Zionist, deeply committed to the well-being and prosperity of Israel. Her love for her homeland was evident in everything she did, and she leaves behind a legacy of unwavering support for the country she held dear to her heart.
Rivie’s family meant everything to her, and she leaves behind a loving and devoted husband, David, her son Micha, her daughter Sara, her daughter-in-law Vicky, her son-in-law Scott, and her cherished grandchildren, Sam, Ben, Hannah, Leo, Ruby, and Adam. She was also a beloved sister to Morrie and sister-in-law to Eileen. Rivie’s family was the center of her world, and her love and devotion to them knew no bounds.
Rivie’s passing has left a deep sense of loss in the hearts of all who knew her. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends, and her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched.
The funeral service for Rivie Seaberg will be held tomorrow, Friday, May 17th, at 1 pm at McCowen Road Cemetery – Steeles Memorial located at 2-22 Colonial Ave, Scarborough, ON M1M 2C2, Canada.
Shiva will be held from Sunday, May 19th, to May 23rd, at 33 Parkes Drive in Ajax, Ontario, from 1 pm to 3 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm.
