Loving father and father-in-law of Ari Maidenberg and Tina Sutton of Australia, and Leslie Maidenberg and Victor Herrera. Dear brother of Sara Ben Zakai of Israel. He was always fixing and puttering around, until the solution to a problem could be found. Always thinking of his family and Janet his dear wife, He worked very hard to make a comfortable life. He wintered at Wynmoor and had lots of fun, Meeting lots of people and enjoying the Florida sun. I hadn't seen Bobby in many years but growing up together as first cousins in Hamilton since we were kids I remember all the great times we had together. For many years we remained close and you could always count on Bobby for a great joke and his never ending generosity. He always brought a smile to my face. All the good times we shared together will never be lost and that's what will make Bobby immortal to me. RIP dear cousin.

Dear Jan, Ari & Tina, Leslie & Victor, Sara & grandchildren - Bobby was a true mensch - a gutte neshuma... He loved to laugh & make others laugh. He was the eternal optimist & a blessing to all who knew him. I have so many wonderful memories of our childhood, growing up in Hamilton. One of my fond memories was me, my brother Edward, Bobby & Susan (Sara), running through the sprinkler in my aunt & uncle's backyard on a hot summer day. We also got a huge laugh out of Bobby's aggressive budgie bird, Skippy, who referred to himself as, "pretty Skippy." Whenever we entered their kitchen, which was almost all the time, Skippy welcomed us with, "shut up Bobby," always giving my Aunt Mary & my mother a huge belly laugh... All we can do is cherish the fun times & wonderful memories we shared together through the years. May his memory be forever a blessing, & may the beautiful memories you shared together, give you comfort & strength in the days ahead. Wishing you all long life & no more sorrows. So sorry to learn of Bob's passing earlier today. I was acquainted with Bob as a teenager when we were introduced by our mutual friend John Grad back in the late 60's. I was fortunate to get re-acquainted when Bob was working with the team at Edwards for many years. We last spoke just after the passing of our friend John in January of this year. Bob was a great friend to all whose lives he touched and a wonderful family man. May he rest in peace.

My heart aches with the deeply felt loss of my Dear Uncle Bobby. He was the only uncle I grew up with and he filled that role better than anyone could have. Whether it was the Sunday barbecues or the Purim megilla reading the Maidenberg’s would host or the regular visits, Uncle Bobby was always setting the tone with his jokes and contagious smiles. I remember it like yesterday sitting on the basement couches watching a movie on the big screen while resting my head on Uncle Bobby’s stomach. I’ve never seen him bothered and never heard a negative word exit his mouth. The beautiful family Uncle Bobby left should be consoled knowing that he’s in a good place without anymore suffering. He will be greatly missed by myself and my family. His neshama should have an Aliyah. Uncle Bobby please pray that Auntie Janet, Ari and Leslie and families get through this strongly and live lives full of the positivity you instilled in them.

We were introduced to the Ben Zakai's and we've become life long friends. I also went to CHAT at the same time that Ari and Leslie were there. Even though I did not know Bobby well but the Lambert family feels very close to all of you do to the long history with your family.
