Shelly you were a great friend to me and I will surely miss you. I think back to all our great times spent together laughing and giggling and this is how I will remember you my friend. Love you always Cindy
Simon, Alan & Morry. I think back to my childhood and remember all of great times our families had on Bayview Fairways. Shelly was basically another aunt to me, who cared for me, fed me and gave me the big brother (Alan) that I never had. May you find comfort with your rich memories. Shelly, thank you for everything you taught me as a child, as your kindness and family dedication is something I try to emulate with my family today.
Simon, Morry and Alan

Dear Simon, Morry and Alan.
I am so sad to hear of Shelly's passing. It has been many years since we all lived on Goldfinch Court in the 60's.. My sister Harriet Freedman (also sadly passed) and I (Marilyn Dolgin at the time) remembered you all well. Harriet also babysat Morry and Alan when Shelly returned to school. You were such a wonderful family.
I remember her beauty, kindness and her amazing spirit. My condolences go out to your family and friends who have suffered this great loss. I wish you all Long Life.
Dear Morry, Simon, Alan and family,
Howard and I are so sorry for your immense loss of your Mom and wife. She will be forever with you all in your hearts.
Sending hugs to you all.

Dearest Simon, Alan, Morry and family: So very sorry to have received the devestating news of Shelly's passing, of blessed memory. We always enjoyed her very kind words and bright radiant smile whenever we had the good fortune to encounter her wonderful presence. Both Shelly and Simon raised a wonderful family filled with great warmth, love and respect for everyone. Shelly had a difficult time with her health in recent years, and yet, she never complained. She always maintained her elegance and ladylike demeanour at all times. You have a tremendous legacy that she leaves as an inspiration to all those valiant ideals and noble values that she purported during her life. We are all the better for having known her and loved her. We pray that her neshamah will forever remain a constant reminder of all that is good and all that we ought to strive for. Love, blessings and comfort. GaryZener and Ruth Zener.

Tragically, Shelly has passed and we are left to ponder once more - why do bad things happen to good people?
Shelly was "Auntie Shelly" to our children and a friend, business colleague and confidant for decades. She will be missed but never forgotten.
