Rodney was a very talented colour technitian, and a great colleague to me. He was very supportive and I will always remember and cherish the 7 lively and wonderful years we had working together. Dear Carol, Neil and I are so saddened to hear of Rodney’s death. He was such a big part of my life. For years, (before Neil met him), Neil always wondered ‘who is this man you see every month and talk about with such fondness?’ I will always have wonderful memories of Rodney and his dry sense of humour and his artistic talent and stories about his family and your dogs. Dear Carol and family....we have just heard the very sad news of Rodney's passing. Alan and I are so sorry for your loss. Rodney joined the lunch bunch when he could and managed to sit near Alan so he and Alan could kibbutz together and have their own lunch party. Dearest Carol and family, hard for me to put in words how deeply sorry and sad I am on Rodney’s passing. He has been a major part of my life in Canada and of course all the wonderful memories I have of the four of us travelling to many places as well as all the treasured time we spent together all across Ontario, and the States and of course our Sunday evenings always together. He is at peace now and will always be in our hearts. May you be granted strength during this very difficult time. I send love to all of you.

We will remember Rodney as a kind, loving man. He was self made and accomplished. His love of flowers and growing thongs was inspiring. And he adored his granddaughters.

I am so very sorry and shocked to hear of Rodney's death. I have fond memories of our lengthy chats while I was a client of his in my teenage years. I remember he thought I was quite an oddball, and I don't blame him, but we had something in common in our love of dachshunds. Sending love, peace and healing to all of you in the family.
