Dear Sofia, Avital and Frances, My deepest condolences to you and all family. I cannot even begin to express how sorry I am that you lost someone you loved. There are no words that can make this better. I feel very fortunate to have known Roma (R.I.P.) for many years - the funny, smart, intelligent and extraordinary person, incredibly kind and great friend. He will always be with you - in your heart and in your memories. This is a difficult time for all of you. Sending you much love, may his memory be a blessing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Weig family , please accept my condolences. Although I gave been a friend for a short period of time joining Roman on multiple outdoor events and somewhat dangerous adventures I have been left with multiple positive memories that will stay with me for life. Roman had that energy and optimism that was almost transferable to others . Also his generosity was without bounds. Although we disconnected for nearly 24 years I am shocked to hear about his passing so early in life.

Roma Weig was a man of immense and widely varied talents. He was hard working, persistent, and extremely loyal. In business Roma was successful and magnanimous. What made him special in that success was his desire and effort to share that success with everyone around him: not only his family but his partners, his employees and his friends. He made his own good fortune the good fortune of everyone around him. Roma enjoyed life and took more out of it than life took of him, and again he shared it with everyone. Everyone who knew him is better off for having known him. We can all rejoice in that. He would want us to do so. He was a man of insight and a man with the courage to act on his insight and seize the prize. But what was important for him was to share the profit of his insight, his determination and his courage with anyone who would call him a friend. To his family he was a guide and good soul. To his friends and to his foes he was an aspiration and an inspiration. Like all people with many talents, Roma was misunderstood at times but he was a man who would do a good deed to any living soul unless it was a fish. The last few years were hard on Roma, his loyalties were in the end not universally returned. His luck dwindled as did his lust for life. Still he made no reproaches. He blamed no one. Even then he protected those who he had previously provided. He was deeply troubled by his loss of the ability to share his luck and the product of his life well spent. Sincere condolences to Sofa, his loyal and loving wife of many years who stood by him through tick and thin, and his daughters, Avital and Frances, who were lucky to have him as their father. ROMA WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!
