Sarah Hillel

Passed away peacefully after a long illness on April 14th, 2023.

Beloved wife of over 51 years of Haron Hillel, mother and mother in law to Abby and Adam Dwosh, Gill and Dovid Cofnas and Jonathan and Gila Ashtor, and Booba to 10 grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Dear Hillel family, In the early 90's, Sarah made me feel so welcome when visiting your home. She took time to ask questions each visit, engaging in appreciative inquiry, making this young kid feel important and engaged. She taught me many things and she will be missed. Wishing peace to you all.

Haron and Abby, So sorry to read of Sarah's passing. A wonderful lady and a favourite customer. I will always remember her tapping on the window and waving her index finger with a "no" motion at us when our friend picked up the snow blower. He tried to pay something out of appreciation but she insisted we stick to her understanding that it be free. Frank
