Dear Jeff and Marlene: When I was eight or nine and the relative new kid in the neighbourhood, Jeff, you and I became friends and I probably made my first foray onto Denbigh at your home. Being so young, as opposed to being rambunctious teenagers, we would get extra special attention from your mother. I remember your mother so vividly, so beautiful inside and out and kind and gracious. Those memories do not fade. My condolences on her passing. Gary

I am quite sure that your late Mom was my next door neighbour in the Willowbrook area. She was a beautiful lady and a wonderful neighbour. I saw her 2 times very close after you moved. One time in Niagara Falls, we were staying at the same hotel and both of us were having breakfast and another time was at a restaurant in Toronto, can’t remember which restaurant. On one or both of the times she was with her Mom. I have thought of her over the years and what a wonderful lady she was. Dear Jeff and Marlene. Shirley and family lived next door to us on Denbigh. She was always welcoming and warm. I spent many Saturday mornings in your home playing with a very little Marlene. There were many good times on the street that included your Mom and family. My sincere condolences to your family. May her memory be a blessing
