Marla, Marc, Debbie and extended family - What a huge loss this is, for you, for Yetta, and for all of us. Sidney has been so much a part of this family and all of our lives. He was a kind, gentle, dignified man, always with a sparkle in his eye and a joke to tell. i will always have such fond memories of the trip Mel and I took to Hawaii with him, and he was always very helpful with Mel and anything that needed doing. He will be very much missed. My sincerest condolences to all of you.

Marc, Marla and families, we are very sad to hear of the passing of your father. We grew up together as both family and neighbours. Marc I recall your father taking you and me to his golf club. He would golf and you and I would fish. Probably the only time I had ever done that. I remember all the times our families spent together. He will be sorely missed.

Dear Yetta, Marc, Marla and families, I was so sorry to learn of Sid’s passing. He was a true gentleman. I loved spending time with him. He had an infectious smile and and always a twinkle in his eye as he told a joke or just enjoyed the family get together. He was an exceptionally positive person. I loved talking golf with the self described “student of the game”. He introduced me to golf and it has become a real pleasure in my life. I loved the way he accepted all people even though he had much personal reason to be slow to warm to others. He was a role model for me in many ways and I shall miss him.
