Dear Tracey, Kevin, Michael and family. May you find consolation in the many happier memories of Vicki. She was a remarkable woman. She sent me a picture of herself with Zoey at the wedding...two beautiful women. I had a brief visit with her last Saturday. Very surprised to hear of her passing so soon after seeing her. A loss for everyone that knew her.

I enjoyed each encounter with Vicky be it at JF&CS, the park or at house parties at my house. Vicky was there to lend a helping hand. A generous warm person whom we will all miss. Dear Kevin, Tracy and Michael, My Sincere condolences to you and your family at your loss! I've lived next door to Vicky and Kevin for well over 20 years, and I couldn't have asked for better neighbors. Vicky was a bright, warm, caring, generous, lovely person. I enjoyed our chats when we were both outside working on our flower gardens, She loved her pets and was always asking when I'd be getting another cat. She took interest in my family and friends, my artwork, my travel - we coincidentally ended up on the same cruise on one occasion! Vicky will be greatly missed. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her.

My sincere condolences to the Berman family. Vicky and Danny lived next door to us in an apartment building on Neptune Drive in 1958, shortly after Harvey & I were married. We became friends immediately. My husband, who was a family physician, loved holding and playing with her firstborn child. We moved to Richmond Hill and lost track for many years and then adopted our first son through the late Gordy Wolfe at JF & CS. Vicky called me shortly after, told me she worked for Gordy and worked on our files. She recognized our names .....and we picked up our friendship. After moving to California, Harvey & I visited Toronto annually, until recent years. We met with your mom for lunch each time and continued to stay in contact through calls and emails. We met again this past summer, she looked wonderful and we enjoyed lunch together once again.... so I was surprised that she no longer answered my emails after we arrived home. I was shocked today to discover that Vicky had passed on.... and that she had been in Baycrest before that. Your mom was a dear long-distance friend. I will miss her dearly. May her memories be a blessing to those who loved her. They will certainly be a blessing to me.

To Vicky’s family , I am saddened to hear that Vicky has passed away. She was always so youthful and vibrant . Although it has been many years since we last worked together at JF&CS, I did work with Vicky for several years and we often would eat lunch together , sharing stories about our cats , our love for cottage life , and clothes . She was always interesting and interested , a real ball of fire with a gift of gab and a warm friendly personality. May her memory always be a blessing to those who love her .

So sorry to hear of Vicky’s passing. A colleague at JFCS and neighbour on Homewood Ave. Her demanding job as Executive Secretary wasn’t easy but she always took a moment to say hello and ask how the family was on my way to the coffee room. . I always looked forward to seeing her and being greeted with Gut Shabbos as I passed her house Saturday morning on my way to Shul. Although it’s been many years since we’ve seen each other, I will always cherish my memories of Vicky. May the family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
