Max Gregory Stern 

Sept. 17, 1947 – Dec. 27, 2025

Max Gregory Stern passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 27th in Toronto, Ontario.

Max will be sadly missed by his beloved partner of 34 years, Cathy Forster and her family – brother, John Forster and sister, Melanie Wendeler, as well as his sister, Zena and brother-in-law, Barry Chorner.

Kind, caring, generous of spirit and a great sense of humour are a few of the phrases that come to mind when describing Max.

A history buff, sports fan, lover of rock & roll music and western movies.

Although health issues lessened his ability to live life to its fullest, his dreams knew no boundaries.

Many thanks to the amazing and compassionate team at Kensington Gardens, Toronto, his home for the last few years.

Nothing was ever too much trouble!
