After 101 blessed years, lived with dignity and on his own terms, our beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Bernie Collins, passed away peacefully this morning at North York General Hospital. He was surrounded with much love and respect by his devoted son Allen and daughter-in-law Evie; his grandchildren Jonathan and Lindsay, Aaron and Gillian, Jamie and Nadine; his nephew Terry Schacter; and his special friend Sylvia Dinkin. He will be dearly missed by his son Randy (Wendy), Jesse Silver, and Jennifer Mizunashi. He was predeceased by his adored wife Goldie, with whom he shared 71 years of marriage, and his cherished daughter Rachelle. Fondly remembered by his great-grandchildren Bobby, Stone, Ethan, Sunny, Kori, and Drew.
