Ludovic Arie Perl
It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved patriarch, Ludovic Arie Perl, who passed away peacefully on October 26, 2023, living for 94 years. Louie was loved by all. His spirit, kind heart, unconditional love and wise words will be deeply missed by his wife of 69 years, Reta. He was a very loving father to Judy (Dorian) and Alex (Elissa), and grandfather to Faith (Michael), Robbie, and Phillip.
Louie was born in Petrosan, Romania, in 1929. He was a Holocaust survivor, and thereafter immigrated to Israel with his wife Reta and son Alex. After having his daughter Judy, the family immigrated again during the war of 1967, to Montreal, Canada, where he built a life for himself and his family of new opportunities. He will be deeply missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing him.
