Victoria Kappari De Kaufmann
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Victoria Kappari De Kaufmann – known as Denise Kaufmann to many – on May 6, 2023 at the age of 90. Denise was born in Huancayo, Peru in 1933. Her parents were Clementina and Joseph. Her sisters were Victoria, Lily, and Eva. She was a loving and caring wife to Dieter Kaufmann for almost 60 years. Her warmth, patience, and love will forever be remembered by her children – Etty, Janice, Jacques, and Alfred. Her sweetness will always be cherished by her grandchildren – Josh, Ayelet, Arie, Mauren, Adi, Victoria, Eva, David, Daniel, and Nicole. Stories of her life and joy will be shared with her great grandchildren – Aaron, Samuel, River, and Celeste.
Denise was a refined lady, always curious, an introspective thinker and surprisingly vivacious. When she wasn’t doting over everyone in the family, she loved sharing memories and reminiscing of life lived. Her stories, love, and warmth will live on in our hearts.
