Sheila Kafka

Sheila passed away peacefully on January 12th. She was a loving Sister, Wife and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was defined by strength, sacrifice, and unconditional love for her family.

Her greatest joy was her children and the family that grew from them. Sheila’s love was steady, selfless, and deeply felt by all who knew her. She leaves behind her Sister Sophie Soil and children, Susan, Cecile, Norm and Sari her cherished grandchildren ( Sari, Paul, Robyn, Jaryd, Carly and Jake. great-grandchildren(Justin, Melanie, Elan, Aidan, Chase, Levi and Sophie )and extended family and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sol who were married for 71 years.

Sheila’s legacy lives on through her family—in their kindness, closeness, and enduring love.
