Beverley Lynne Breslow, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, at the age of 81. Born on June 1, 1944, in Toronto, Bev was the cherished daughter of Sophie and Danny, who instilled in her the values of kindness, compassion, and hard work that would define her life.

Bev was a devoted sister to Theo (Brian) and a loving sister-in-law to Heather (Ernie), creating a bond that was filled with laughter, support, and shared memories. Her family was her pride and joy, and she embraced her roles as a mother and grandmother with unparalleled devotion. She is survived by her daughters, Robyn (Grant) and Risa (Kevin), who carry forward her legacy of love and strength. As a grandmother, she found immense joy in her granddaughters, Kailey and Molly, who brought light into her life and filled her heart with pride. Bev was also a beloved aunt to Kari (Marc), Tara (Craig), Ira (Naz), Deborah (Chris), and Suzanne (Vivi), each of whom cherished the special bond they shared with her.

Bev enjoyed a fulfilling career as a Real Estate Manager, where her dedication and professionalism shone brightly. Known for her genuine care for her agents, she created an environment that fostered growth and camaraderie. Her open snack drawer became a symbol of her warmth, inviting everyone to gather and share stories, laughter, and a moment of respite from the day’s challenges. Bev’s work ethic was matched only by her passion for life outside of the office.

In her personal life, Bev was a vibrant soul who embraced her many passions with enthusiasm. She enjoyed reading horror and psychological thriller books, often losing herself in the suspenseful tales that captivated her imagination. Puzzles challenged her mind, providing a delightful escape and a sense of accomplishment. Music filled her home, creating an atmosphere of joy and connection, as she shared her favourite tunes with family and friends.

Bev had a special fondness for collecting turtles and others had a special fondness for giving them to her as gifts. Her remarkable hospitality was evident in the way she welcomed friends and family into her home, especially during holidays and special occasions. Bevs warmth, laughter, and meticulous attention to detail made every gathering a cherished memory, and her home was a sanctuary of love and joy.

As we remember Bev, we also extend our heartfelt gratitude to her personal support worker, Caroline, and Nurse Gilfred, whose compassionate care provided comfort and dignity during her final years. Their dedication and kindness were a source of solace for Bev and her family, and they will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Bev’s energy and kindness left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering support will continue to inspire those she touched. Memorial donations may be made to the Lymphedema Association of Ontario (https://www.lymphontario.ca/)
