Adena Gaistman
Surrounded by family, our beloved Adena passed away peacefully in her sleep at 11:16am on Sunday October 17th, 2021. She will forever be loved and cherished by her
children: Marty, Balla, Jackie, her daughter-in-law, Cristina, late son-in-law, Philip, her six grandchildren, Justin, Benjamin, Aaron, Alex, Free, and Abi and their significant others, Ania, Ori, and Lily, her great grandchildren, Noah, Elliot, Austin, and Mason and the rest of her loving family.
Adena was born in Poland and survived the entirety of the Holocaust. She moved to Israel where she had her first two children, Marty and Balla, then moved to Canada in 1960, where she had her 3rd child, Jackie in 1964. One specific person who was very special to Adena, was Rosy Magcanam. She was at Adena’s side for the last 7 years of her life, and she was a great friend and companion to Adena. Moshe Gaistman passed away 11 years ago on November 21st, 2010. They are now reunited again.
Adena was a loving, compassionate, and caring person. We love her very much and she will be missed dearly. We love you……G-d has received an angel.
