It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather, Leo Beliak, on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Cummer Lodge, surrounded by his loving family. Husband of the late Sara Beliak. He will be dearly missed by his cherished children, Marlin, Ruth (Arnold), Chaim (Chava), Robert (Tammy), and Murray (Stacey); his grandchildren, Michelle (Jeremy), Elliot (Brenda), Faye (Jordan), Bryan, Shoshana, Shalom-Gershon, Zvi-Benyamin, Samantha (Rafi), Dexter, Joshua (Erin), Jeremy, Matthew, Shannon (Brad), Amanda; and his great-grandchildren Max, Madison, Henry, Lilly, Molly, Eve, Saul, Sasha, Eden, Jaden and Brody. Thank you to the staff at Cummer Lodge and Helen and Zeny for their many years of unconditional love and care. Shiva visit protocol:
You must be double vaccinated to visit
Must wear a mask inside, 25 person maximum
No mask outside, 100 person maximum

We have 3 families sitting Shiva in 1 home in the evenings and we need to make sure that we do not have too many people at any one time for the safety of everyone.
