Svetlana Kogan
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Svetlana Kogan, age 93. Predeceased by her husband, Herschel, Svetlana will be deeply missed by her daughter, Ludmila and her son, Ilya; her grandchildren David (KJ) and Ellie (Justin) and her great-grandchildren, Jackson, Hana and Willow.
Svetlana was a Holocaust survivor who spent many years working at the veterans centre in North York, advocating for fellow survivors. She will be remembered fondly for her deep devotion to family, her strong will and her sharp wit. We feel grateful to have had her with us for so long.
