Peter Ship

In Loving Memory of Peter Ship

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Peter Ship on May 27, 2025.

Peter was the beloved youngest son of the late Alexander and Betty Ship, a devoted and cherished husband to Susan, and a loving father to his late children, Darren and Mona. He was a dear brother to Cynthia and the late Stan Blonder, and the late Phil and Libby Ship.  He will be missed by Stevie and Sarah Garonce and we also remember the late Rhoda Ship.

Peter had a special bond with his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and his kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He will be lovingly remembered by his extended family of cousins, friends, and colleagues.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to his niece, Rachel Garonce, for her unwavering support during this difficult time. We are also deeply grateful to Dr. Adrian Sacher and the compassionate team at Princess Margaret Hospital for their exceptional care.

Memorial donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation https://thepmcf.ca/

Send a donation in your loved one’s name and benefit a great cause in their honour.
