JACOBS, David – Passed away peacefully on July 30, 2016 at Sunnybrook Health Science’s Centre, surrounded by his children and beloved granddaughters. David Jacobs, beloved husband of the late Lily. Loving father and father-in-law of Sally Jacobs and the late Paul Bentley, and Tom Jacobs. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Oscar and the late Chuma Dychtenberg, and the late Noah and Fela Jacobs. Cherished Zaidi of Jessica, and Shoshana. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
