Chuck Horowitz
With heavy and broken hearts and a great deal of sadness, we mourn the passing of our hero, Chuck. A love story life with his wife Sheila. Adored and respected so much by his children Fern, Leslie, Michelle, Risa, Jordan, and Michael (Fran). Loved by the nachas of his grandchildren Jade, Jared, Chana Raizel, Avital, Dinah, Carly, Benjamin, and Valerie. Dearest brother to Diane and Harold Rosen, and brother-in-law to Susie and Michael Rosen. We are most grateful to Dr. Darryl Roitman and his team at the Cancer Unit of NYGH. Chuck will be missed by all of his extended family, friends and community. Always in our hearts and never to be forgotten. He leaves behind an excellent name and a good word. Such a Mensch.
