Sylvia Kerman

KERMAN, Sylvia (nee Zaidman) rnPassed away on Friday, September 7, 2007, with her husband and daughters at her bed side, after a brave struggle with ovarian cancer. Sylvia is survived by her devoted husband Frank, loving daughters Judy and Tania, sister Shirley Rubin (Arnold), son in-laws Allan and Rahn, and sister in-law Shirley Sazant (Murray). Bubbie Sylvia will be affectionately remembered by her grandchildren Hailey, Rachel, Sammy and Noah and her nieces and nephews. Sylvia was a dedicated teacher, a selfless friend and a truly generous person who touched all who knew her in a deep and meaningful way. She endured her illness with strength and humour and she was appreciative of all the support of her many friends and family. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Beth Radom Synagogue, 18 Reiner Road (south of Bathurst and Sheppard). Interment at Mount Sinai Cemetery (986 Wilson Avenue West). Shiva will take place at 25 Winborne Road, Thornhill, following interment on Sunday.
