Katalin Gottlieb

In Loving Memory of Katalin (Kati)
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, Katalin (Kati), who left us peacefully on June 14, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Kati was the beloved wife of 67 years to the late Benzion (Gyusi) z”l. She was a devoted and loving mother to Dorit (Stephen) and Avi (Lorraine); a proud and adoring grandmother to Carrie, Michael (Lori), Monique, Garrett (Gabi), and Austin (Bri); and a cherished great-grandmother to Ryan, Thea, Emmett, Cora Joelle, and Miles.
Kati lived a full and vibrant life. She was social, warm, and always the heart of every gathering. Her home was filled with laughter, conversation, and an open door to friends and family. She created lasting memories for all who were lucky enough to know her.
She was predeceased by her dear sister Chava z”l (Nimo z”l), and is survived by her brother Peter (Rosa).
Her boundless love, radiant spirit, and zest for life will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
May her memory be a blessing.
Memorial donations may be made to the Association for the Soldiers of Israel – Canada (https://www.asicanada.org/).
