BERMAN, Minnie (nee Rusonik). After a very long and courageous battle with Parkinson Disease, on January 16, 2015, in her ninetieth year. Wife of the late Samuel. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Paula (Kerbel) and Oliver Toffoli, Eric and Pola (Fisher). Cherished grandmother of Josh and Leah, Zach and Rebecca, Efrem and Adrienne, and Rebecca and Camplin. Proud great-grandmother of eight. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Molly and the late John Kramer. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of Bruyere Continuing Care in Ottawa, for their loving care and devotion. Funeral service from Steeles Memorial Chapel in Toronto on Tuesday January 20 at 10:30. Burial at the Pardes Shalom Cemetery. Shiva in Deerfield Beach Florida, from 1:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. though Sunday evening. Contributions in Minnie’s memory may be made to the Parkinson Society Canada, (800) 565-3000.
